All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order ** during business hours of Mon-Fri / 9am – 5pm.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Should you require your order quickly, please contact the office as we can accommodate requests to use a courier at your cost.
We do not offer an order tracking service.
All items are sent by Australian Post’s standard postal service.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the dollar value of the order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it.

Returning an Item
If you need to return an item for either a refund or exchange, please contact us by email to explain the reason for the return.
Item(s) must be returned:
- At your cost within 7 days of purchase.
- In the original packaging and condition received.
